By depositing funds into your bit88 account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. bit88 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. bit88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification has been completed to its satisfaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. bit88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bit88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting bit88 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to the player under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The bit88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by bit88 is governed by the bit88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
